I hope you all love wind and rain as much as I do!

First off, I want to thank everyone for your willingness to invite our missionaries into your homes these past few months. I’ve heard a lot of positive feedback about this new program so far.

The goal of the Short Powerful Lessons with Invitation and Follow-up (SPLIF) is to support family's spiritual health and invite others to meet Christ through fellowship and service. Having missionaries in our homes on a regular basis can strengthen our testimonies and reinforce our own missionary efforts in daily life. These visits truly are for OUR benefit.

After all, the ward mission plan is largely focused on the needs of current members, so that WE can be our best at living the gospel and sharing His word. Let’s keep up the pace and continue to enjoy more short powerful lessons with our full-time missionaries this fall and winter. As we move into the dreary season, we will need their support even more.
